A simple, flavorful recipe that turns frozen swai fillets into a delicious dinner with very little prep.

Ingredients

4 frozen swai fillets (about 4โ€“6 oz each)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
ยฝ teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley)
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (205ยฐC).

2. Prepare Baking Dish

Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Season the Fish

Place the frozen swai fillets in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix:

Melted butter
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice

Brush or spoon the mixture evenly over the frozen fillets.

4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 25โ€“30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145ยฐF.

5. Finish

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
For a crispy topping, during the last 5 minutes of baking sprinkle the fish with:

ยผ cup Parmesan cheese
ยผ cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Then switch the oven to broil for 1โ€“2 minutes until golden brown.
