A simple, flavorful recipe that turns frozen swai fillets into a delicious dinner with very little prep.
Ingredients
4 frozen swai fillets (about 4–6 oz each) 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley) Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
1. Preheat Oven Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). 2. Prepare Baking Dish Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Season the Fish Place the frozen swai fillets in the baking dish. In a small bowl, mix: Melted butter Olive oil Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Salt Black pepper Lemon juice Brush or spoon the mixture evenly over the frozen fillets. 4. Bake Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. 5. Finish Sprinkle with parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges. For a crispy topping, during the last 5 minutes of baking sprinkle the fish with: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs Then switch the oven to broil for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25–30 minutes Difficulty: Easy
