Creamy Beef & Egg Noodle Dinner.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS 1.5-2 Pounds Stew Meat 1 Oz Packet Au Jus 1 Oz Packet Brown Gravy 1 Oz Packet Onion Soup Mix 1 Medium Onion, diced 1 Cup Water 1 Cup Beef Broth 12 Oz Egg Noodles, cooked
Directions
Add the stew meat to the crockpot, then sprinkle the onion soup, au jus, and brown gravy packets on top along with the diced onion. Pour in the water and beef broth, then give everything a good stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Once done, stir well, breaking up the chunks of beef as you go. Stir in the cooked egg noodles, then serve warm and enjoy!
