
Fresh summer salad, snack with chips, appetizer or a side for dinner!
Ingredients
16 oz โ Frozen corn thawed or 2 1/2 cups fresh sweet corn. 1/2 cups โ Red onion chopped finely, or yellow for a milder onion flavor 1 โ Jalapeรฑo, deseed the jalapeรฑos before adding for the perfect amount of spice. Skip for less spice or substitute with green bell pepper for color. 1/2 cup โ Freshly chopped Cilantro 1/2 teaspoon โ Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoons โ of both Lemon and Lime Juice freshly squeezed juice, but you can use juice that comes in a little bottle. ๐
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Taste and season with additional salt, if needed. Serve salsa as a snack with chips, appetizer or a side for dinner. Store salsa in an air-tight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
