
Creamy, cheesy chicken and fettuccine with bacon, parmesan, spinach, tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 ounces baby spinach
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
- Cook bacon in a large cold skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Transfer to a plate.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in the skillet until golden and cooked through. Transfer with bacon.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic, tomatoes, and cream. Simmer, then stir in spinach until wilted.
- Add bacon, chicken, fettuccine, and Parmesan. Toss well, season to taste, sprinkle with basil, and serve.
